Shipping & Proccessing

  •  Orders placed before 16:00 (CET): Shipped the same business day.
  •  Orders placed after 16:00 (CET): Shipped the next business day.
  •  Delivery time: 1–2 business days (NL/BE) | 2–5 business days (EU/International).

Return & Excanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

 Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We reccomend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

How to Start a Return

To start a return process, please fill out our Contact Form on the website. We will give you more information. 

Make sure to include:

  • your Order Number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once received, our team will review your request and send you the return instructions and shipping address within 24-48 hours.
