  • Risk of loss or damage to items passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exceptions & Damage: We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper care, washing errors, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage caused by the customer after delivery. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or user damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Return Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
